  PORCELAIN OR CERAMIC TILES




Porcelain or ceramics tiles are durable, non-porous and beautiful flooring choice. Since it is water proof, it's great for kitchens, bathrooms and entryways. It is more difficult to install and can chip and scratch under heavy use. Unlike hardwood or carpets, you can replace individual parts instead of the entire surface if necessary.

 NATURAL STONE TILES FLOORING

 Natural Stone is a classic flooring that includes granite, marble, travertine and sandstone. Some materials like travertine are more durable and cheaper than marbles or stones. Shades vary from beige, brown, mocha, silver mahogany tones and golden red tones.
They can add values and beauty to your home but very porous. If wine is poured into it, may stain and difficult to remove.

  CARPET


Carpet remains a favourite for many homeowners especially for bedrooms. It is soft, warm and helps cut down on noise. It does require more upkeep though newer stain-resistant varieties make it easier. carpets comes in wide variety of colours, textures and materials.

  HARDWOOD


Hardwood continues to be the top choice for it's great appearance and long-term durability. It is very expensive and it's best for shared living spaces of the main floor. It will develop scrapes, scratches and dents overtime. Avoid solid hardwood in the bedroom and kitchens.
